The class was gentle and relaxing, which focused on shoulders, back and hip stretching and mobility. We practiced the dhanurasana as final pose with some twisting poses followed by simple meditation.

Today class was in Yang Yin style. We started at some strengthening poses for warming up our body and following with some stretching poses. I can see the students have improved a lot on their body coordination.
