Yoga always centers me, but this class was especially grounding. I’m so glad I made the time for it today.
Energetic class- practices spinal movement poses, hamstrings stretches. Also had foot massage
Si Fu Master Yogananth focuses on a full body stretching class, a few strengthening postures, the patients are capable to do most of the postures, they are very happy to see Si Fu teaching them.
