It was my first Volunteering teaching experience and I really enjoyed it. The students performed really well and followed my instruction and cues properly. This experience really improved my confidence and teaching skills.
Master Vishnu teaches Kriya yoga, which helps the patient to stay focused, calm their mind and relax their bodies.
We did core strengthing exercises before getting into deep stretches. Incorporated sounds into the last 15 minutes for mind and body relaxation. Everyone is going to have a good sleep tonight!

9th class of this batch, patients are doing so well, I am teaching more asana and some tips of self practice at home. They give us so much motivation to keep this project on going.
Master Vishnu teaches some new asana focus on strengthening, it may be hard for some patients but they try so hard to make it. Pranayama practice in between asana helps them to recover faster and calm their mind.
