Today’s class was inspired. An elderly told us her hunch back is improve and she has 4cm taller
Full of energy and positive vibes.
Atmosphere is good with very positive energy, even under cold and windy weather.
It was cold but class was filling with happy energy
Today was quite windy and cold at pier but the students were working hard
Introduced pranayama complete breath and retention breath. Focused on stretch and relaxing poses. Closed the class with a 10 mins empowering meditation.
