Students were eager to learn and asked many questions as they were not sure if they used the proper muscle or if certain pain is normal during the posture

It’s a delightful class! Some felt a little better while some had slightly more pain (muscle pain after exercise) after the first class. Two new participants joined. One had right knee cap replacement. The other with depression and under medication.
