Great classes and good turnout. Some students were a little drained by the hot weather but were able to take a short rest and rejoin the sequences.

Good turn out today, weather was conducive for an active session – students were eager to learn.

I had focused the class in core strengthening at the beginning. Most students didn’t give up and kept following the counting. Good work!

Yoga practice was great with alot of stretching and destressing.

The class was amazing. We do a lot of shoulder opener poses.

The class requested a vinyasa yoga. The student was full of energy.
