Well attended with 10 participants and they enjoyed the stretch and yoga nidra at the end

The 1st time I led a class for AYC. Totally, 15 students attended the class this morning. Glad to see them finding the yoga class joyful and good for their health.

Perfect weather for practicing with these lovely yogis.
