Met master Mahesh for the first time. They like his pace and basic movement.
Excellent. Full class – some students had hip and knee problems so we added props /-adjusted poses.
Whole body stretching, balancing, lower limbs strengthing and breathing are practiced today. The participants feel relaxing after the class.
Happy and Interative class. We did relaxing stretch to release the tension for muscles. Class end with pranayama practice and body scan. Positive feedback from students after class.
The weather was very humid and hot but I told student to drink water in between some poses
The class was themed around forward folding. Students gave their effort in challenging their flexibility and felt their spine and the rear part of the body lengthened after.
Today’s practice was very nice, I enjoyed the practice with AYC. Thank you AYC
