Hatha B style class – a few newcomers so focus was on guiding alignment and movement. Also guided pranayama practices including Nadi Shodhana.

Today’s practice focused on twisting and stretching for a healthy neck and spine. We got to understand more about alignment so as to enjoy the best benefit of each asana. Everyone put great effort in the class as always.
Master Vishnu taught different strengthening resistance exercises making use a strap to practice ankles, calves, knees joints / arms elbows and stretchinh hip
Tanny taught stretching upper back & shoulders and then stretchening hamstring glutes and also practiced core with boat poses and twisting .
