Students are quite new in yoga. They enjoyed the deep stretch to release their tight muscle. They also love the Meditation at the end of the class, very relaxing and stress relief.

The participants were glad to attend yoga class after Chinese New Year break. Performed poses to improve participants’ shoulders & spine mobility as well as lower limbs strengthening & stretching.

The class was focused on stretching and strengthening through standing asana practice after full body warm up. Students said they felt more energised after the class!
