The class was gentle but effective in both stretching/opening and strengthening the arms and shoulders. Thank you master!
Excellent. Tanny led the class with seated stretching and exercises and moved on to standing, strengtheningg and balancing poses. Students worked hard and 12 attended even thought it was a very cold day.

Practiced shoulders mobility and lower limbs strengthening poses with the participants. They felt good.
