Hatha vinyasa style class – strength and strength in lengthened positions focus – students had a lot of energy and were excellent!
All students were excited with what Master Yogananth taught today. They focused on practicing stretching upper back, chest and shoulder mobility. They also practiced hip stretching.

Students braved the cold and were very focused and energetic – Hatha class with full body and alignment focus.
Strengthening joints and muscle to prevent injury. Nice exercise in a cold day!
Grateful having Master Yogananth and Master Mahesh in class today! Wonderful class with these brave ladies! Trying hard and their positive energy make them progress rapidly. Love this class❤️
They were enjoying all stretching especially the seated spinal exercise. They felt released of their back pain.
