Master Yogananth taught wall series for balance & hip mobility and seating & lying down for stretching hamstrings / glutei and muscle strengthening for lower back. All students did well today.
That was the first session of the new class. Half of them first time to learn yoga. They love stretching and felt relieved.
Students have made great progress. They have built up much more muscle strength with regular practice.

We use yoga strap for simple and effective poses. They feel so happy and it helps to adjust their posture ease the pain.
