This class focuses on improving joint mobility, as well as maintaining spinal health. All feel good and refreshed 🙂

Today class started from slow flow and then some standing balancing and stretching postures. Love to hear the laughing sound even the students can’t hold during the balancing postures. Happy class today.
Thank you Master Yogananth for teaching the last class of the season. Grateful seeing their progress in just 8 classes. The highlight at the end of the class was the yoga performance by Jeremy Andiappan. Students were overwhelmed! ????
Yoga therapy session with Master Vishnu was a very relaxing practice, he also talks about Ayurveda and discuss with the students. I hope I can join Yoga Therapy session with the guidance of Master again. Namaste ??️?♀️?
I get easily stressed out and I realise yoga is a good way to relieves stress and anxiety. I will keep practice every week. Thank you AYC.
